• Lithium Batteries with Built-in BMS

3. Orders & Payment Terms

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Eco Batteries Ltd.
• Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms shall be agreed upon in writing (e.g., advance payment, bank transfer, or credit terms for approved distributors).
• The Company reserves the right to suspend delivery for overdue payments.

4. Delivery & Risk Transfer

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production capacity and logistics conditions.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed location or authorized distributor.
• The Company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

5. Warranty Policy

Eco Batteries Ltd provides warranty coverage subject to the following:

• Warranty duration varies depending on product category.
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, overcharging, short-circuit, physical damage, or natural disasters.
• Claims must be submitted with valid purchase invoice and warranty card (if applicable).
• The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify all warranty claims before approval.

6. Returns & Replacement

• Products may only be returned with prior written approval.
• Approved returns must be unused and in original condition unless defective.
• Replacement decisions are subject to inspection and company evaluation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladeshi law:

• Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective product.

8. Proper Use & Safety

Buyers must:

• Follow installation guidelines and safety instructions.
• Ensure proper charging systems are used.
• Avoid exposure to extreme environmental conditions beyond product specifications.

Improper usage may void warranty and pose safety risks.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, logos, trademarks, images, and technical documentation are the intellectual property of Eco Batteries Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Distributor & Dealer Terms

Authorized distributors and dealers must:

• Adhere to official pricing policies.
• Provide accurate product information to customers.
• Maintain ethical and transparent business practices.
• Follow warranty and after-sales service guidelines.

Violation may result in termination of dealership.

Users agree not to:
